I contacted David on the internet and told him I wanted to add a bathroom to my house. I met with him and at some point he told me he was a licensed contractor both here and Arizona. He gave me a list of referrals and a short time later sent me an e-mail with a proposal and directions for payment (both e-mail and referal lists enclosed. As soon as I wired the money I
checked with the Calif license board and found out his license was revoked. Then I called him up and told him to return the money. He denied his license was revoked and then told me he had renewed it. I told him to return my money and he agreed to mail it back that day 9/4
I waited 3-4 days and when I did not receive it I called and he said the payment was returned to him because he put the wrong address on and that he would overnight 4/sep/12. He has told me repeatedly every daythru 27 Sep 2012. Now he does not answer or return my calls.
