Dear Sirs,
In the beginning of May, I have invested US$25,000 in a Managed Account, through FXCM.com/UK, with a Limited Power of Attorney to:
Andre Mattar, Financial Management Group (FMG), Jasmine Building, 6th Floor, Office 4B
ISRAEL and a Forex Managed Account Agreement (dated May 3rd),
which specified in Article 11 of the Agreement (including the “MANAGED FOREX ACCOUNTS POLICY AND CLARIFICATIONS OF DUTIES”) that:
“Andre Mattar MUST NOT lose more than 20% from the main deposit (initial deposit) and must stop trading if that happen”
In the first week the account doubled but in the following 10 days it nose dived and the Account was completely wiped out (became ZERO).
My repeated requests to Mr. Mattar, over the last 5 months, to reimburse me 80% of my initial investment (US$20,000) as per the Agreement has only met with promices excuses and vague answers, without any result
