I orderd a free sample on 29/08 and never received the free sample but i first had £3.10 taken out of my credit card on 19/09 and then £63.28 taken out a couple of days later.
Cant email them or phone them but my bank is trying to get back the money.
On there site it says you 30 days to cancel and that has passed and you cant even email them.
Its a scvam site
i live in england 98 dollars
