I've eatten Jello pudding at least once a day for the past 3 years... It's my favorite treat. But recently you changed the packaging on the cups, the way the top is supposed to peel away but obviously no one in-house has actually tried it because it doesn't work! I've tried to peel it slowly, or fast, or peel just one side and then the other and NOTHING keeps it from just ripping and I end up with several small pieces of the top and it's very frustrating. Go back to the old packaging!
