I have made Several Calls From Day one when Empire did not show up for my installation. After that it was down hill from there from sunpar carpet where I can feel the seems and we have stepped on tack boards and our Service/Companion Dog for My Disabled Vet was also injured. They took over six times to complete the Job. There contractor Ran the Wrong Card and I was without money for 6 days as My Morgage, Cell Phone and other Bills were do. I also Needed Gas toopick up my 12 year old at the airport who was flying alone. The people I talked to blame me and state I never sent them proof Their installers also took my Fridge doors off to move my fridge and I have not had a working fridge in almost a month. My partner had to wait 15 days for his nexr Appointment at the VA as we were wqaiting on Empire that didnt Show.
