I have been buying turkey bacon since it was called Louis Rich. I will probably not buy anymore. It is sliced so thin that it is about as tasty as a piece of paper. There seems to be much more fat in it now. It should be twice as thick or even three times thicker than now. It also seems to have a larger amout of sodiem in it than before. PR boys probably think it makes the quantity look like more because of more slices but it only presents a lack of quality.
