I had Lesliies place a new sand filter last march and now it is broken and nonone wants to help me. They say i am out of luck! So now i have another 1200.00 to dish out to replace the sand filter that iwas supposed to last soem years. Their add says customer satisfaction is guaranteed. The person i spoke to on the phone did not even tell me that maybe by speaking to a manager something could be done. Her answer was a definte no, can't do anything for you.
