I responded to a direct-mail postcard, and ordered a "free" introductory package re: processing refunds, and agreed to pay $3.91 via my debit card to cover shipping and handling. The package never arrived, but my card was charged $3.91 PLUS A SUBSCRIPTION OF $29.99. I called to cancel, and the representative confirmed that it would be cancelled, but WITHOUT REFUND. That was a month ago, and today, another $29.99 was charged to my card. I called again, held the line for over 15 minutes, then was cut off and the line went dead. I called back, waited again... Until the line was cut off again.
