Received an invoice on October 1, dated May 24 for $599.99. I never would have signed up for this. I did receive a phone call from them several months ago about the bill and was told the only way I could dispute the bill was to verify the mailing address, which I argued about but did it anyway. Now they are threating to turn my account over to a collection agency because they said I authorized the service. The bill states that I have a mini web page which includes a full company description, webpage link, business hours and driving directions. It has none of that on the website. Part of the info that was on it was incorrect. What can I do to get out of this?
