Falsely advised that free sample for £3.95 to cover p&p for completing questionnaire. Then 2weeks later £59.95 taken from Bank Account. Totally unexpected and not mentioned in any small print or any terms and conditions, as double checked before completing bank details. Have advised bank to put stop on any further payments. This a complete fraudulent activity and illegal.
