Bought some DVDs on 4/12 at the store. The sales rep apparently signed me up for this backstage vip subscription to which I never authorized and since then was being charged 11.99 monthly. Took me 5 months to catch it. Canceled the subscription on 10/1 but was unable to get a refund for the previous charges. Absolute scandal!
