It has been already 10 days without cable or Internet services. I have called many tines and I'm told they are aware of the problem and the technicians are working on it. I have seen outages for hours but not for days or even weeks like now. This tecjgnical problem sounds like a joke. If Comcast is leaving thearkwt then ok, that's all I need to know to. Sqtch to another provider. The handling of this outage by Comcadt is dusconsideratw to say the least. I will hold on for two more days after which I will switch over to the competition. Thanks
