A purchase from Dillard and Yagen appeared on our charge in July. Knowing I hadn't even used my charge the day of the purchase and not recognizing the name of the vendor, I called the credit card company to dispute it. The credit card took it off my account in August. Dillard and Yagen reported to my credit card that we called into a radio contest and incurred the 99.90 when we did that. The credit card returned my 99.90 to Dillard and Yagen based on D&Y's story. I am now going through the whole dispute process again to try retrieving my money for the second time.
