I purchased the Packet Lunch Box and have used it three times. It was in the freezer for two days then I packed my son's lunch and he could not eat it because the sandwich was hot and the cheese was beginning to melt. It was in his backpack in an air conditioned classroom for approx. 4 hours before lunch time. We tried it one more time and got the same results. I tried it myself and again got the same results.in my opinion, this product does not work.
