There was an unauthorized withdrawal from my account, and after contacting the company at 866-789-3108 I was offered a loan. I explained this was fraud as it was unauthorized and was waiting for a supervisor for over 20 minutes with constant excuses until I finally gave up.
I am going thru my bank to recover the funds.
