I contracted with 365 Electrician to complete an Alarm Installation at a Excel, a facility located on W. Bob Bullick, Laredo, TX, on 22 and 23 August. Calvin Dubois, Operations Manager, 365 Electrician hired me to do the work and agreed to pay $75.00 per hour for labor and travel. I drove from San Antonio, TX to Laredo, TX, worked two and half days plus overnighted for 365 in Laredo. Dubois said we would be paid immediately. After two weeks Dubois attempted to verbally change the terms and said it would be thirty days from date of invoice but that he would expedite payment. Dubois or Derrick his finance manger will not return calls, emails, or text. I have tried repeatedly to be professional with this company. The work performed by 365 Electrician in Laredo was shoddy, the wires for the alarm system were incorrectly and incompletely ran causing multiple shorts in the low voltage circuitry. ADT CorporateCommercial from San Antonio, TX was delayed in bringing system online because of the work performed by 365 Electrician. After problems were identified and the original contractors were terminated, I and several other low voltage technicians were hired by 365. We worked diligently to troubleshoot, identify, fix and resolve these discrepancies on an emergency basis and we did resolve them. 365 Electrician Inc. Has not attempted to settle my claim/invoice or invoices owed to other technicians.
