I got a call from Erica Allison saying that I was approved for a $15k loan. I was told to pay 3 months of payments up front as collateral. I did that then I was told they made a mistake and since I was a new customer I had to pay the insurance up front. Every time I sent money and then talked to them the amount I owed changed. I had them send me a letter stating how much I had already sent them and how much was outstanding. The letter stated when they recieved the final payment the funds would be in my account in 2-3 hours. The next day I called and was told that the lender pulled out at the last minute and they would refund me the money I had sent plus the service charges. I was told the refund would be in my account by Sept. 24th. As of yet nothing has been refunded and they won't answer any of my calls.
