I purchased a pair of shoes for my nephew that were damaged. I failed to inspect every inch of them prior to my departure and when I got home they had a black magic marker across the side of them. I brought them back to the store to explain what the problem is the same day with hopes of trading for a new pair. The store owner rudely threw the shoes at me and told me to get out of the store. He blamed the marker on the shoe on me and said there's no way in hell that he's taking them back for trading for a new pair.
