I bought a Manolo Blahnik shoes on the above website and realised that the shoes are fake and come from an address in China. I never got a recipt or how to return the item. I took the shoes to Manolo Blahnik Store in Lonodn and they confirm that the shoes are fake and very bad quality. I emailed the website with a request for a return slip or form in order to return the item but they are asking to send them the pictures of the items instead.By asking for the pictures may means that they do not even know what I ordered. Please help me. I would like to return the items and get a refund. (Personal Information Removed) Monica.
