On the 22nd of September I purchased a 4200 Microsoft Points pack. I was then sent a code which did not work. I e-mailed the admin who disregarded my claim as impossible. He told me he would contact Microsoft in order to resolve my claim but since has then has not replied. I have sent several e-mails and personally wrote to him on Facebook but I have only been blocked and ignored. Scum of the earth.
