Is charging me Pedro Saenz money from a visa that i dont have records of. I have been trying to contact its CUSTOMER SERVICE but the number is NOT IN SERVICE

Im beinged charged $49.74 for a VISA saying that I cancelled or been charged-off, I have tried to contact customer service to try to get this fixed but the customer service number is not in servive. Therefore, there is no way in soving my problem.
