I was called at my home and offered a business opportunity where all I needed to do was furnish them with names and telephone numbers of small businesses in this area who used the merchant processing machines. They would then call them and get their accounts by lowering
the rate they paid to get their purchases processed. I would receive a one time payment of $500.00 for each account they got and 1%of the purchases that was processed for as long as they kept the account. They claimed to close 80% of the ones they called. This cost
$395.00 plus a monthly charge of $24.95 to go
on to their website to view my accounts. A few days later I was called by another of their
representatives and offered another opportunity where I did not need to do any of the above unless I just wanted too. They had
people that would do everything. For $10,000.00 I would receive a great amount of upfront money and then have a monthly income. This was all a lie. The only thing I ever received from these people was a big
credit card bill. They also used made up names and telephone numbers where they could not be reached.
