To Whom this will cocern: I am Manuel Mamuscia, a sixty percent disabled veteran! I am concerned that PCH - Publishers Clearing House has mastermined the largest ripoff scam! In trying to win the five grand a week for life and one million award upfrount, PCH continually would send email telling me "Someone with the initials of M.M.in my area of Daphne, Al. Would be the big winner." Everytime, in print, it would state that "Orderind would not improve chances of winning!" Then they would say, "An order is appreciated.
" That would make me, as it would any other person - "think" "I know buying will improve my chances of winning the big prize!" Problem was/is, all they sold was crap! Only magazines and C-Ds and vedios were of value.
Now, even though I did not buy expensive purchases, I did buy low-cost items. Another problem is, they started sending me things I did not order, and sending them back (after opening them) was a huge cost and problem! So I paid some of them off, but, they started having my games on the net and other chances to win go awry! Now... They tell me that my purchases total $480, oo something dollars?
This freaked me out, my partner Dian, also! I cannot afford to pay for objects I did not order; I was very careful with my purchases so's I could pay for them lettle by little. Minimum payment. They tell me now all my purchaces amount to well over four-hundred dollars!!! They are absurd: I started thinking that they must be doing this to others, too!
This company is dispisable! I need some serious help to make them know they have done serious harm to many Americans, please?
