I've paid $1.150 for a change of lenses on my daily glasses and sunglasses with prescription. It took them one whole month to return my sunglasses and my daily wear glasses were so badly made, that is falling apart by pieces, the job that was done on them is so bad and unfinished (the lenses were not polished when the cut it.). I came back to complain with my husband and the told us to bring them back that the job is going to be complementary. When I did come back by myself they asked to pay $20 extra for polishing. I think this is totally unfair and unprofessional.
