I recieved a letter and a check for 3000.00 giving me a claim / reference number of CS-1673-WP to offset tax service fee of 1,980.00 on a winning of 70,500.00 from a "Customer Windfall Sweepstake Promotion. Is this a legitimate company. The check is a Wacovia Bank check.
