I sign a contract to receive their wireless internet on July 13, and it worked wonderfully the first two months, and then the problems started. The connection would just abruptly quit, stop, cease, right in the middle of an upload, or a download. I couldn't even conduct business on the internet without fear of my connection being lost midway thru signing up, or receiving goods from my contacts. And they have no Technical support with any real problem solving with any of the issues I have complained about. Their only response to the problems I have been having is, "Well, you signed the contract", and that's it. I have to wait until July 13, until my contract is up. I have lived up to my end of the contract, and they haven't, and I want my money back, or an end to my contract ASAP. And I think the FBI, FTC, and the FCC should step in on my behalf.
