Taken unauthorised monthly payments from my bank account after I cancelled my booking for advertising. Also took my money but did not even give me the advertising. I phoned them to discuss the matter and they told me I had not cancelled because there was no proof. They told me to call and cancel over the phone which I did, back in January but now they say I should have written, which was not mentioned at the time.
