Hi I just bought the property in east Cannington. The house condition was not good then we hired the handyman. We met with this guy on 13/08. He gave me quote about $17,700. He said He will start on 17/08. We said ok he said He need a upfront $5000 for buy the material. We paid. Well He didnt start on 17/08. He start on 27/08. He did work only four days. He took our whole stuff like 8 doors, whole kitchen, whole bathroom. We asked to him about our stuff. He said, he will replace everything then after he did not come on the job.
