I ordered shoes and paid an extra shipping charge to get them sooner. I received NO confirmation from Ann-shoes.com which set my suspicions in motion. I e-mailed twice to no avail, then I called 973-220-2520 which is a bogus number. I then found your site and read about all the others who were taken in. I called Pay Pal but initially my complaint was not received as posted which I had to resubmit to as "not received" Today I got a small 6 X 4 envelope with something squishy in it (I refuse to open it) this obviously is not a pair of shoes! Now I must again call pay pal and resubmit another claim. How can we get this bogus company OFF the internet?
