Waka net, waka network, wakanet.com, wakanetwork.net, etc., called me and offered a credit card for wal-mart as a promotion to join their discount network. I consented to a 2.99 application fee and provided contact information and a cre3dit card number. They never sent me the credit card and i was unable to reach anyone to protest or cancel the fee. I caloled the credit card company, which kindly and efficiently called waka and arranged for the cancellation of the 2.99 fee and any further charges.
