Went to guatemala for citizenship and second passport. Never went to any government offices. He had three men come to the hotel to take our pictures after Manny [the mans name]got adult adoption papers filled out some place. We saw the passports but he said he needs more money before we can have them. We have no ideai if they our real or any good. Says we have to come back to get them. Connot mail the passports to us. Question. Does Guatemala have a plan like this. Since we were not to any government offices we think we may have been screwed.
