I was excessively charged with an unfair high penalty for early withdrawal for terminating a mutual fund. I had two mutual funds in the amount of $1,000.00 each (Policy dated 1/18) Policy Number #CM005337 was penalized $3,844.61 and policy number #CM 005338 $3,77.51
