I purchased a Canada Goose coat at which appeared to be a clearance section of Canada Goose. I received the coat sized medium, however a small child could not fit into and the main zipper was damaged. I contacted them and received this:
"This is the autonomous respond from the third-party payment platform (95epay).

We will help you to follow up your problems within 24 hours.

If you still not receive any further reply from the seller within 2 days, please feel free to contact us again.

This was a repeated email I received ereytime I contatced them.
