I ordered 2 hats from her website and they never arrived. I tried contacting Paypal and my bank but they dont resolve issues over 45 days. The seller asked to give her 6-8 weeks to complete the hats thats why I didnt complain before as I was waiting. There are other women on facebook that I found who had the same thing happening to them with this selle
