Hey, i was getting my holiday visa for america. I googled 'ESTA' and came accross this website thinking it was the official website only to later learn that the visa should have cost 14.00 they charged me 59.00 claiming the extra 45.00 was for 'service charges'. I am so upset about it, I hope something can be done. They are not only getting hold of bank details but of passport details too: (
