Actually I was charged $3.00 for the 'application'; user id & password send in email didn't work; called phone# given in email; directed me to a website that doesn't exist (browser search brings up 3 spanish-looking sites). Saw the $57.61 removed from account (actually it was 58 with some sort of exchange rate)
