I deborah ramsden applied for a loan with easyloans. I paid a fee of 49.99 on 27th julyand recieved some paperwork which i sign and sent back on the 3rd august. They sent me a email with a reference number but could never find where to type in my number. I rang them and they said they would sort it out. It has been weeks and still i have recieved nothing
