I purchased, or so I thought nine 25' hanks and two orders of clips. After waiting two weeks for my order and several phone calls to the company's listed number, I sent an email on November 15 asking the status of my order. FINALLY, on December 11 I was sent an email offereing alternative choices to my original order to which I replied that I wanted my order as I ordered it. That email was sent on the 13th of December, I followed up again on the 21st informing the company I was still waiting for a response. Here it is almost a year later and I am STILL WAITING for a response. My credit card was charged the day I made my purchase and have yet to be sent the product or reimbursed the money. Good thing I didn't hold my breathe.
