I had no idea what I was doing when I first set out to purchase a number of fireplaces of various sizes and styles. They walked me through every step of the process and knew exactly what I needed. They even were very quick to resolve an issue that was my fault.

The distributors sent a dented part and that was a bit of a bummer but they did what they could to resolve it.
