I got a pool from them about a year ago. I haven't had any problems with it. It is just what they said... Very low maintenance. I've had a few problems getting the water adjusted at the beginning and have called the installation department. They have all been very patient, and helpful each time I've called. When we opened up the pool this year, we were told to contact them and they would walk us through every step of the way. They did it, and I am very pleased that we got this pool. I wanted to change the day that my payment came out of my account and that was very easy also. Just a phone call and it was done. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a pool and have some fun in the sun!
