I felt like our internet had been having issues because of sporadic slowness. I went to the office at Nolan Mall to see what, if anything, could be done even at a higher price if necessary because I live in a remote area. Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous and the lady that helped me (don't remember her name) got right on it, checked my line and changed some numbers, upgraded my software and said I didn't need to pay more. These people acted like they wanted my business and treated me accordingly. They don't just sell it and then forget it. They give truly good customer service.
