I ordered 2 purses from thecoachfactoryonline in May. The purses came from China, were of very poor quality and were definetly not Coach purses. I emailed the company several times and finally received a return address. The purses were returned in June and I have still not received a credit. I have emailed many times asking about my credit and have been given many excuses as to why I have not received a credit. Now he says that his bank issued one, which is not true. This is not a reputable business. They sell inferior products, do not tell the truth, and have no customer service.
