This order was placed on July 12 and shipped on the 16th of July. We have not received it. Where is it? We have had no success with speaking to anyone on the telephone however if you want to order one you are put through immediately. We are being billed for this oven that we have never received. My daughter is going off to college and has no oven - I have a hard time believing that it can take this many weeks to arrive - what is it coming by donkey!
