I have tried unsuccessfully to contact williams online credit. I just had a $44 charge to my account. I already had a $36 nsf from my bank when they tried to deduct $19 to my account two weeks after I applied for a loan that I never received any type of approval or denial. I am working with my bank trying to get my account straightened out and these charges stopped. I need my money refunded asap. This was total fraud
