I have called this company several times and so has my daughter and all me get is the run around. I need my refund back into my bank account as there taking it out i am having to pay over draft fees to the tune of 29.95. I requested that they cancel my what ever in the timely manner according to there policy. This is some type of scam and it needs to stop i am a senior citzen and on limited income and something like this is not fair.
