Just like the previous complaint-
They called on my cell phone & started with an automated message identifying the caller as "credit card services" offering to reduce your rate to as low as 6% - this was an unsolicited phone call. I then spoke to a customer service person who had a thick "India accent" who asked if I wanted to lower my interest, I told her not give them any credit card information, that they needed to identify themselves & give me the information and then THEY HUNG UP I know they must be PHISHING for Personal Information.
