My cash guardian
They took out of my bank without my permission $29.90 for what I don't know

I noticed that $29.90 was taken out of my bank account just this morning, 8-28-12. I've not authorized this action nor agreed to it in any way. This is just too much money for my to justify loosing to someone and not getting anything in return. Please help
