I signed a contract with BLUE WORLD POOL. There was a certain length to cancel. I called and the lady i talked to said she would get it to the person to take care of it. I called to check on the canceiation could not talk to any one. After the time limit was up to cancel i callrd and got through. I talked to KEVIN FISHER, he was so rude he said i would pay for the pool if i didn'nt he would report me to better business. Itold him i called in time to cancel he told me i would have to write it on paper and send it. I ask him why the person did not tell me that when i called he said no one had to tell me anything he did report me to better business i didn'nt get a pool or my money back
