My husband and I just got back to arrange a return on a leather recliner we purchased in june. After the first trip last saturday which I was told that I would hear from someone on monday with my options. I heard nothing on monday, After reading all the negative reviews about the terrible service from Levin, I really expected a hard time from them. Well tuesday afternoon a manager named Laura call and I explained that the chair seemed to be getting lumpy in the lumbar and headrest, as a result it was giving me a horrible backache and that I could not sit it at all. A repair guy came to see if he could fix it before Xmas and then week ago. He added more filling, he made it worse. I had explain all that to Laura. To my suprise she said to come in and pick a differant recliner, minus 10% of the total we paid for the leather chair. We found another chair without those lumbar and head humps, we found a more straight back. The transaction went smooth and everyone was helpful and kind. I am 100% happy. Pittsburgh
