The above-mentioned company has tried to screw me over for a couple of months. First, they sent me only part of an order. Then, they sent me another part of the order but did not put items into the parcel that they said they did. Then, they sent me an email saying that they don't have a record of my order at all and want me to send them more information. Here is a copy of that email: “custservice transamerica [email protected] Aug 21 (3 days ago) to me Hello Thank you for your recent correspondence. We are unable to access your account with the information provided in your email. Please forward your complete name, address with zip code, your account number, or order number and we will be happy to investigate your inquiry. Sincerely Sara Grant / JN AmeriMark Customer Service [email protected] http://www.amerimark.com”
Then, when I did send them all the possible information except my date of birth and what I had for breakfast, they sent me the following email which I just got minutes ago on this date, August 27th: “custservice transamerica [email protected] 12:11 PM (0 minutes ago) to me Hello, “There is a lot of information provided, unfortunately this will not be able to be resolved by email as it is now becoming too in-depth to assist you through email. Please call our customer service line and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with your concerns and we will be able to resolve it for you in that form of communication. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
Although they gave me a customer service number to call, I don't see how a phone call can make it any clearer. Plus, I don't need to use up minutes on my phone, especially on account of their miserable business practices. On top of everything, they take forever to send an order!
Here is the email I sent to SARA GRANT of Customer Service on August 24th.

There doesn't seem to be a record of the things I paid for and didn't get, so far. And, you say you sent the Gina casual flat and I don't remember which one that is. What color is it? I did receive three pairs of shoes. One cross strap in white; one cross strap in black and one strapped slip-on in blue. I think it is called "canvas" - not sure. And, I did receive 12 pairs of knee-highs. But there are still a whole lot missing. 1) Gina casual flat (not sure what THAT looks like anymore). 2) Massage sandal (I think it is a turqoise shoe). 3) There's a "cross strap sandal" listed but I may have received it but don't recognize the description of it because the black shoes and the white shoes are "called" the "cross strap" and those are the only two of the same design. If the one pair of shoes that are the slip-ons are considered "cross strap" then I have received it. Otherwise, I did NOT receive another cross strap pair of shoes. Things need to be straightened out. Here are the numb!

Hello again, The "massage sandal" was NOT shipped on 07/09. I looked for it in amongst the other items that came in one package. Several items DID come, but NOT the massage sandal. I noticed right away that the invoice said that the sandal was present in the order but it wasn't. Please send the massage sandal when you send the rest of my order.
